8. AI Preliminary Interview

3 min read

After you apply for a role, you'll be invited into a short (about 5 minute) chat with our AI screener.

It asks about your background, availability and the employer's screening questions — answer naturally, there are no wrong answers.

We send the employer a summary and a Pass / Refer / Fail signal. They can request the full transcript if they want to dig in.

A voice version (phone interview) is coming next — for now this is text-only in your browser.

9. For employers

4 min read

Switch your account to 'employer' or sign up as an employer to post jobs.

Go to Employers to create a listing. Add screening questions (up to 10) — these auto-fill into the AI interview every applicant takes.

Use the master taxonomy (Employment Type, Flexibility, Schedule, Industry, Wellness) so candidates can find your role.

Open the Pipeline (Employers → Pipeline) to move applicants through New → Shortlist → Interview → Offer → Hired. AI interview transcripts and signals are right there in each candidate's card.

Talent Search (Employers → Talent) surfaces candidates tagged by tier: My Network · Active (last 30 days), Active (last 90), Extended (wider pool).

Need extra hands? See /services for On Demand, Fixed Fee, and Talent Access recruitment support.

10. Notifications & emails

1 min read

We send transactional emails for sign-up confirmation, saved-search alerts, application receipts, and employer invitations.

Manage your alert frequency from the Saved page. You can unsubscribe from any email via the footer link.

11. Reporting issues & tracking them

2 min read

See something broken or confusing? Tap the bug button — bottom-left on mobile, bottom-right on desktop — and we capture a screenshot and console snapshot for you automatically.

Every report you file is private to you and lands in your log at /issues. The page opens on Open issues by default so you only see what's still actionable.

Use the search, status, severity and category filters to narrow down. Click any row to open the detail drawer with admin notes, attachments and a comments thread you can reply to.

The stat cards at the top (Total, Open, In progress, Closed, High + Critical) always reflect everything you've filed, even when filters are applied.
