Part time Admin

Test Employer Co | Auckland | Part-Time

We're looking for an organised person to join our friendly Auckland team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, and we genuinely welcome people returning to work after time away — whether that's been caring for family, travelling, or anything else. A gap on your CV is no problem at all.

What you'll do

• Keep our office running smoothly day to day
• Answer phone calls and emails, and help out our customers
• Manage diaries, bookings, and appointments
• Handle filing, data entry, and general paperwork
• Support the wider team with bits and pieces as they come up

What you'll bring

• Good organisation and a knack for keeping things tidy
• Clear, friendly communication
• Comfort using everyday computer tools like email and spreadsheets (we're happy to help you build on these)
• A reliable, can-do attitude
• No formal qualifications needed — we care more about your approach

Why you'll love working here

We know life doesn't fit neatly into a 9-to-5, so we'll work with you to find hours that suit your routine, including school pick-ups and drop-offs. You'll join a supportive team that values being kind and getting on with the job. We offer a proper induction, ongoing support, and plenty of room to learn as you settle in.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you — even if you don't tick every box. Get in touch and tell us a little about yourself.
