Part-time Customer Support (school hours)

We're looking for a friendly, helpful person to join our customer support team during school hours. This role is built around the school day, so you can do meaningful work and still be there for pick-up. If you've had time away from paid work, you're very welcome here — what matters to us is how you treat people, not the gaps on your CV.

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and live chat
• Help people sort out problems and find the right solution
• Keep clear notes so the team stays in the loop
• Share common questions you spot so we can keep improving
• Work roughly 9:30am–2:30pm, term-time friendly

• Clear, friendly written and spoken communication
• Good organisation and an eye for detail
• Comfort with everyday computer tools (we'll train you on our systems)
• No specific experience needed — a positive attitude goes a long way
